Tengo un problema con el Arcam, me funciona bien, pero en mac en cuanto pongo en reposo el equipo, no vuelve a emitir sonido, sale del reposo porque la luz se pone verde, pero tengo que desconectar y conectar el USB para que vuelva a la vida.
Por lo que he visto a alguien más le ha pasado, pero no encuentro solución, ya estoy pensando hasta alternativas para deshacerme de él :-[
Ya me daría por saco porque además sólo pasa en mac.

En PCS hay una opción que es habilitar o deshabilitar el modo de ahorro de energía de los puertos USB, en MAC supongo que también lo habrá, yo miraría por ahí.
Ya he probado, pero nada, además también he probado a cambiar la salida, de 96khz a 48 ó a 44, pero al final pasa igual...
Estoy pensando en comprar el Audinst HUD-mini y vender este :juer:
Lo que me fastidia es que se oye fenomenal, pero claro, al final es un rollo en tener que enchufar y desenchufar, más en el iMac que están por detrás todas las conexiones..

CitarI purchased this product a few months back. I use it on my iMac OS X 10-8.2. It improved the Mac sound dramatically. I was really delighted with it until I noticed it was unable to keep delivering the sound when I moved from say one radio station to another. For example, If I was listening to Radio 3 and then stopped that and moved to iTunes to listen to a CD, then the Arcam rPAC DAC could not make the switch. I had to unplug the USB connector (and YES it is connected directly to the iMac usb port and not through a third party one) on the rPAC and replug it in again. Then it worked fine until I say closed iTunes and tried to watch/listen to a uTube video. Again I had to unplug-replug the usb to get it to sound. I told Arcam about this and here is their reply 'Thank you for choosing Arcam..Can you check you power management settings and ensure that the MAC is not going to sleep - try setting everything to on regardless of ON Battery or ON mains..Also will iTunes play thru a track if playing from the PC own proprietary speakers?'
My Mac is not going to sleep - the rPAC is though!
Arcam have not replied to my requests for further help.
So in summary, the sound is great - if and when it works.
Sorry, but I have to give it just two stars for the sound - but the continual dropping of the connection makes it a useless DAC.
